Refund Policy

At Restaurant 66, we aim to provide our guests with the best dining experience.

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued. 

 

1. Reservations & Deposits

• For groups of 6 or more, we may require a deposit to secure your booking.

• Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time or in the event of a no-show.

• If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit may be refunded or applied to a future booking.

 

2. Online Orders & Takeaway

• If an error occurs with your online order (e.g., wrong item, missing item), please contact us immediately.

• Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Refunds are not available for change-of-mind after the order has been prepared.

 

3. Events & Private Bookings

• For special events, private dining, or catering services, specific refund conditions will be communicated at the time of booking.

• In general, prepayments for events are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Restaurant 66.

4. Gift Cards & Vouchers

• Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• They may be used only for purchases at Restaurant 66 within their validity period.

 

5. Exceptional Circumstances Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases such as:

• Service disruptions caused by Restaurant 66 (e.g., technical errors, restaurant closure).

• Incorrect charges or billing mistakes.
