1. General These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and services offered by Restaurant 66, located at Holbergstrasse 1, 8302 Kloten, Switzerland. By visiting our website, making a reservation, or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Reservations
• Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.
• We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your booking. Tables may be released if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice.
• For groups of 6 or more, we may require a deposit to secure your booking.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the reservation time.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of deposit.
• Restaurant 66 reserves the right to refuse future bookings in the event of repeated no-shows.
4. Payments
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on-site.
• All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Online orders or deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.
5. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
• Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when making a reservation.
• While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
6. Liability
• Restaurant 66 is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings while on our premises, except in cases of proven negligence.
• Customers are responsible for their own behavior and the behavior of their guests.

• Content on our website (texts, images, menus, logos) is the property of Restaurant 66 and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
8. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
